Appetizer: Mushroom veloute, poached egg

       Main: Pan cooked sole with bone and capers, 3 kinds of vegetable farcis

At Myorei's cuisine, It is a cooking class for those who are, learn french cuisine like eating at a restaurant, wish to host guests at home, acknowledgement of ingredients from french market, techniques to improve everyday meals etc.


No additives such as chemical seasonings are used in myorei cuisine. We mainly introduce seasonal vegetables, organic vegetables, and ingredients from local markets. Everyone will touch the ingredients, cook and wash during the course in order to reproduce at home.


A female chef with experience at a star restaurant will help you enrich your eating habits. Even have no experience of french cooking, you will be taught carefully. Food lovers, beginners and even private are welcome.
